Hi there, I’m Ben
I've been interested in Physics for over seven years, I am proud to say that I've graduated from the University of Glasgow receiving a 2:1 in Bsc (Hons) Physics. During my time there I developed a particular interest in quantum theory and particle physics, which I found both challenging and fascinating.
About Me
I started tutoring as a job alongside my studies and quickly realised I really enjoyed it. I like the sense of reward that comes from helping students, whether they share my passion for the subjects or are simply trying to do well in their exams. I’ve worked with a range of students over the years, including some for multiple years, going from GCSE and Nat 5 all the way to A-Level or Advanced Higher and sometimes beyond. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing piano, coding, and unsurprisingly, all things physics.

Studying Physics has equipped me with a strong set of transferable skills that go far beyond the subject itself. It has given me excellent problem-solving abilities, taught me how to approach complex challenges logically, and helped me become adaptable in unfamiliar situations. Perhaps most importantly, it has trained me to learn quickly and think critically—skills that are valuable in any area of life or work.
